As of the most recent campaign finance filing, erstwhile Dahlgren District Supervisor candidate Robert Rhoten's campaign has been funded almost entirely by Shawn Palivoda. Rhoten has not spent a plug nickle in his own campaign, but has been happy to be the front guy for Palivoda and his buddies. Hmmmm... So for Dahlgren voters, when you see a "Rhoten" sign perhaps it would be fair to substitute "Palivoda" in its place, since that's who is funding the signs...
