Hey! The official grocery store of the State Fair of VA at the Meadow is Kroger! So, there you have it.
There was a Hank Hill (King of the Hill) episode about a food co-op once...can't remember how it went, though...but I think they started one and, when it became successful, it was bought out by Mega-Lo-Mart! Then, I think Hank started raising his own beef in his back yard--until his steers broke free! Fun times in Texas.
