Real fact, Ms. Stimpson voted to drop categorical funding for the schools, which she had previously strongly and consistently supported as recently as just days prior to her vote.
Was there a back room deal cut? Probably. I am guessing it's because she does not plan on being on the BoS to finish her term when the fall-out comes as a result of this action. Political strategy for her next office she believs she is getting? Never count your chickens before they hatch.
