Found black and brown male puppy, hound mix, no tags, black and blue collar, very friendly, looks like he was recently taken to the vet and possibly neutered, still has a shaved area on his leg. Found in the Govenors green neighborhood, behind Gander Mountain near Spotsy Mall. Please call if you believe this might be your dog 571-276-4860

Probably goes without saying, but did you check with the local vet's offices? They can also scan the puppy for a microchip (worth a shot).
Good luck in finding his home - poor little thing must have made the great escape - his owners are probably frantic :(

Unfortunately, Minx, a lot of people don't register those chips. I'm constantly amazed at how many dogs that we adopt out that are still registered to our rescue!
Please also contact the Spotsy pound. The owners may have left contact info with them in case he's found.
