It has been a sad week at the Pitts' household. We lost our beloved Beagle/cockerspaniel mix Cleo. She went into kidney failure and passed away on friday April 13th.
she would have been 8yrs old in June. I have had her since she was 8 weeks old. We turned her remains over to Animal Rites USA and they cremated her for us and returned her in a lovely box with a beautiful memorial of her hair framed with a certificate.
Our hearts are absolutely broken here. I have not cried so much in a very long time.

My sympathies. When my lab passed in Oct I started a journal to record some of his crazier antics. It really helped me with his loss and also made sure I got some of the memories down before they faded.

Thanks so much Everyone. I wish I could figure out how to put a picture on here to share with you how truly beautiful my cleo was. She was a one of kind. Thanks so much for the journal idea that is a really good idea to share with my autistic son who is just beside himself about this ,and the poem was awesome Buff, Thank you for putting that here. and thank to all the rest of you for your thoughts. I appreciate it so much.
