This was taken last Sunday. She had a Vet appointment Tues. for exploritory surgery, that I was sure was not going to be good. She had blood in her urine. When the antibiotics didn't help...I knew it would be bad news..I thought this would be the last time I see her..I was 75% right..they opened her up and found her bladder was 3/4 consumed with cancer..They closed her up and told MrsMF 2-3 months maybe.
So she is home, laying at my feet because she can't jump up on the sofa yet..it has been a loooooong week..

Sorry Mike, hope her final days are good ones and she goes peacefully.
Dumb dogs. Why do we get so attached? Rollo is getting real old and he farts like every 20 seconds. Walking farts included. Oh lord, the smell is enough to gag a maggot.

Oh Mike, I am so so sorry - I know how much the two of you love Tippy. I hope her remaining days are peaceful and full of treats and love.

Oh, I am so sorry to hear this. Just love her and love her and remember the promise of "The Rainbow Bridge"! She will be waiting so make sure to bring treats!

update on the Tipster...hanging in there...loosing weight...and slowing down..MrsMF took this as I came home a week or so ago..she managed to muster a tail wag and then a jump up..she used to go nuts when I would come home...
Tippy IS happy to see me...

Sorry to hear about Tippy's health issues. It's nice to see such strong bonds between people and their kids. It just sucks that our lifespans don't sync up better.

It's always sad to say goodbye to a loved one. I lost my dog last year after having her for 15 years. I miss her everyday, but the memories will last a lifetime!
This video is a great way for you to keep the memories alive.

THIS! I'm always saying this. Then again, I would not have known so many wonderful dogs and shared my life with them if they did sync.

Today was Tippy's last day with us...MrsMF called me from the vets and let me say good bye to her..
It has been a very long day.....

Tippy is in doggy heaven - chasing all the cats she wants and squirrels galore. May she have fun with all the other dogs up there until it's time to reunite with you.

I'm sorry for your loss. It's not easy, I know. Wait a bit, and rescue another critter that will give you all the love you need to slowly heal from the pain you're feeling now.
