Just thought it would merit its own headline. If you look at the "Local Elections" thread, there is a discussion of his various legal troubles, all happening while in his mid to late 30's, and not the indiscretions of youth.
Also, and not mentioned in the other thread, is that the phone number Mr. Rhoten used for his candidacy filing is a Maryland phone number, and NOT a number from this region or even Virginia. Also, having read in the Journal that he has listed multiple addresses in the Dahlgren area, raises the question as to where he really lives.
Given his funding sources - local real estate and development interests, one has to wonder if Mr. Rhoten is really just their front man.
