Chicken Wings anyone ???

I have been cooking wings for years..BBQ that is,,I just decided to do the Hot wings thing..I was a little skeptical at first, but HOLY DAMNN they were good...

1 family pak of chicken wings..
1 bottle of Texas Pete wings sauce (I used mild because yes I am one)
1 cup brown sugar ( eh..almost a cup..I didn't measure)
2 cups or so of flour
2 tblsp corn meal
salt, pepper, garlic powder,onion salt..
4 eggs
enough canola oil to fry the chicken

Cut the wings into drummers, middle parts and throw the ends away..
BOIL the chicken in water for 10 mins., drain and let cool completely.

Pour wings sauce into a small pan..heat and add brown sugar. Stir until the brown sugar has dissolved..this is all done to taste...then remove from heat..I did not boil..

Beat the eggs in a bowl..(discard shells before never know !!)
mix flour, corn meal, spices in another bowl..(I used round glass cake pan).
Pour the oil in a deep pan or fryer and heat to hot (lightly spit in oil..when it starts popping it is ready--OH STOP..old boy scout trick)
Take chicken, put in egg and coat, then into the Flour mixture and cover..fill the flour bowl up with parts. Place each in the pan and cook until done., usually 10-12 mins / pan, or until golden brown outside.
Remove onto paper towel to drain oil..(I salt and pepper now also.)

Once all of the chicken is fried, put in another bowl and slowly pour wings sauce over them until they are covered..stir??? with wooden spoon to completely cover..

SERVE IMMEDIATELY...and watch out...they are good, crunchy, and SLOPPY..

Make sure you have Ranch Dressing to pour on or dip in..
