It's funny. A lot of the "experts" were predicting this. I'm a Blue Devils fan and was hoping that they would pull it out, but alas - they came up short...

I too am a Duke fan..my dad was a HUGE HOKIE so I still pull for them...

Did anyone stay up to watch Tech- Florida State tourney game last night ??? DAMN !!!!!!
I fell asleep and woke up with 20 odd seconds left..tech down by one.....came down and hit 2 pointer w/ 4.6 sec remaining... FSU inbounds...dribbles down...shoots as the buzzer goes off.............SWISH !!!!! FSU wins.....

But wait.....refs reviewing....reviewing....reviewing...finally....NO BASKET...ball was still in his hand at 00.00...
But just barely...
That has to be THE CLOSEST GAME I have ever seen...microseconds..
Tech wins...plays Duke today...

I know...last year no...eh...50/50 chance..
This yr I felt sure they were in........NOPE !!
NIT !!!!!! again....
They won the NIT a few years ago....ok.....early 70's....Tech beat 4 teams by like 6 points total...
Adrian Dantley at Notre Dame... Craig Lieder hit a shot to put into overtime...then 5 secs left...a nobody named Bobby Stevens gets the ball....shoots...buzzer...swooooosh..Tech Wins the NIT !!!
Allen Bristow was on that team....One of Techs Greatest moments in Basketball
