I looked at a bunch of pictures of women in labor, and they were all kind of gross, so I decided to take the high road.....

Here is a Happy Labor Day wish for all the gang.
Hope everyone enjoys an end of summer BBQ and/or whatever festivity you plan.
Over in this part of the world the stateside holidays are not shown on the calendars and thus have a way of sneaking by.
Next time you do eat rice though, think of me way over here and look for a photo of rice art
Maybe an explanation would make things clearer...so as not to clutter up and pirate Wild Bills thread, I'll make a new post..... Sorry WB & have a BBQ'rib for me.

The tv said this morning that it is the Students last day of freedom and in all respects it is the last day of summer. pools are closing here. Last day for many to cookout. (though we cook out year round)

are those iguana ribs, buff? there's something about the proportions of the plate and the glass, it makes the ribs look really small.

BT and I are staying home today. We will watch tv, do some geneology to get names ready to take to the Temple, take a walk in the woods and out to the pond, watch the Hummingbirds swarm all over the feeders like a bunch of bees,and catch up on my letter writing. We plan to avoid going to town at all costs unless we take a short drive to Mineral or Louisa.

Chartwells is upset today because they don't get to make more money. That's OK though, some people think the hi ups will just bill the county from their new building...

I decided to go for a swim this morning instead, so I'm back already. The kids are bringing food for a bbq today. They don't mind paying as long as Dad is cooking. those are some good kids.
